Victoria grew up in church and accepted Christ as Savior at age five. Like many who have known Christianity from infancy, she glibly believed but did not engage deeper. At 12, she became seriously ill, and doctors induced a coma. Upon awakening days later, she recognized the Lord鈥檚 鈥渕iraculous hand鈥 in sustaining her life and, in gratitude, began pursuit of a personal relationship with Him. Victoria, a recent MBU graduate, was the recipient of the Outstanding Humanities Student Award. During college she was employed as a daycare worker, seamstress (MBU Costume Cottage), and county clerk assistant. Having also worked in MBU鈥檚 Office of Student Activities (OSA) and having served as student body president, she once said, 鈥淚 have seen the heart that staff and faculty have for students, and I would love to be able to join that team,鈥 a wish that will now be realized. As a Communication Arts major with a concentration in Dramatic Productions, Victoria will be teaching Fundamentals of Public Speaking. Additionally, she will work in the OSA and the Marketing Department. Angela Morris, Chair […]
