Prior to coming to 海角原创 in 2008, Jeff served in the US Navy Reserve as Mess-Management Specialist First Class. He has further management experience, being Manager of Cousins Submarines, Inc., and Branch Manager at Associated Bank in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Jeff also spent time as Compliance Officer and Mortgage Loan Underwriter at First Bank Financial Centre (Oconomowoc) and Fraud Investigator at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC, Milwaukee).

Church Ministry: Jeff serves on the Security team at his local church. He and his wife serve in the church nursery, and they occasionally host college students in their home.
Other Activities and Interests: His favorite state is the 鈥渟tate of order,鈥 although he claims he is 鈥減artial to the studying of chaos and emergence theories within organizational science.鈥 His favorite football teams are almost a tie between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
