Women’s Leadership Retreat

We are delighted to invite you to 海角原创鈥檚 third annual Flourish Women鈥檚 Leadership Retreat. Our goal is to encourage pastors’ wives and those leading women鈥檚 ministries in the local church to continue personally flourishing in their walk with the Lord.听
2026 Retreat Speakers
Claudia Barba
Claudia Barba is familiar with the demands and joys of ministry. After growing up as a pastor鈥檚 daughter, she married Dave Barba, who during their 50 years of marriage has been a pastor, church planter, and itinerant evangelist.
Claudia and Dave now travel helping new and struggling churches through Press On! Ministries. Claudia is the author of five Bible study books and The Monday Morning Club, a book of encouragement for women in ministry. The Barbas have three adult children and seven perfect grandchildren.
Rebecca Brock
Rebecca Brock loves helping women dive deep into Scripture and听equipping women to teach women in the local church. A seasoned teacher with ten years of church-planting experience alongside her husband, she currently teaches at 海角原创, where her husband is a Bible professor, and the Brocks are on staff at their local church, where Rebecca leads the women’s ministry. Rebecca is a lifelong learner, holding two master鈥檚 degrees and nearing completion of an advanced degree in Biblical Counseling.
Rebecca enjoys investing in their four young adult children, bargain shopping, decorating, cheering her children on at sporting events, and sushi dates with her husband!
Important Details
- Check-in will be on Monday between 4:00-5:15 PM, with dinner beginning at 5:30 PM.
- Dorm housing availability – top bunk only.
- Please dress comfortably. Casual summer dresses or casual pants and a blouse would be appropriate. We want this to be a refreshing, laid-back retreat.
